The Show Can’t Go On Without You!

Broadway Theatre League has the best volunteers! We rely heavily on our volunteers each season and we are so thankful to each and every volunteer.

Each season volunteers donate hundreds of hours which helps BTL keep prices low for our ticket buyers!

BTL Ushers assist with a variety of tasks, from directing patrons to their seats, providing information about the venue, ticket scanning, welcoming guests, and much more. We ask that BTL Ushers reflect the high standards of Broadway Theatre League at all times and be welcoming and courteous for each show.

All BTL Ushers are trained each year. You must attend the training each year to be eligible to be an Usher for each season.

Training for the 2024 – 2024 Season will be held on the following dates:

• Sunday, August 25^th at 6pm
• Thursday, September 5^th at 6pm

Both sessions will be held at the VBC Mark C Smith Concert Hall.

You must attend ONE of these events and you must reserve a spot to attend. Please fill out the form below to reserve your sport for training.

Training is mandatory in order to be included on the usher list.

We do not have volunteer opportunities related to working directly with the touring shows.
